Pam Alexis is an experienced public servant with a strong background in governance, leadership, and community development. She began her political career as a School Trustee in 2005, later serving as a City Councillor (2014-2018) and Mayor of Mission (2018-2020). In 2020, she was elected as the MLA for Abbotsford-Mission under the BC NDP and served as Minister of Agriculture and Food, focusing on supporting farmers and sustainable agricultural practices.
With extensive experience in municipal and provincial leadership, Pam has a proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. She has also served on boards such as the Mission Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club, showcasing her commitment to economic and community growth.
